Free-falling 35 metres to the surging river below is a must do activity for everyone at least once in their lifetime. Confidence and bravery may all be lost when you step onto that ledge. Securely strapped into a harness, you are ready to go. You just need to jump. The fall feels like an eternity, soon followed by a wave of excitement and happiness.

The Thrillseekers bungy is located in Hanmer Springs, off a historic 135 year old bridge, just 90min from Christchurch in our coach. T-shirts & certificates are included, and photos are available afterwards to relive the experience again and again.

Half day itinerary

Our free shuttle service will pick you up from your Hanmer Springs accommodation and deliver you to the river base for a fantastic morning or afternoon’s activities. Choose from jetboating, bungy jumping, rafting or quadbiking. You can combo any of these fun activities to save money and time! Or why not spend half a day at target practice, with paintball or claybird shooting?

Bungy jump from the 135 year old Ferry Bridge. Challenge the terrain, with river crossings, dust, dirt and excitement on a Quad Bike. Challenge a friend to Paintball or go Claybird Shooting with a real shotgun. Then return to the town on our free shuttle and bask in the famous hot pools at the end of your day!
